Four nervous systems,
exposed to a live market.

A zebrafish, a mouse, a fruit fly and a worm run on real connectomes and published stress dynamics. Pump.fun on Solana reaches them as sensory input every minute. Recovery that fails for 30 minutes marks an animal COOKED; staying cooked too long is fatal and permanent.

    How the experiment works

    1. 01 · The trench

Every minute we read Pump.fun on Solana: launches, transaction throughput and failures, and the prices and SOL reserves of up to 40 live bonding curves. A coin only counts with at least 10 holders, only while it is still on its bonding curve, and only while it trades: 5 minutes without a trade, or a bond, and it leaves the sample. It all becomes a market-chaos index plus five senses: pain (rugs, liquidity drains), vibration (transaction storms), looming threat (volatility), unpredictability (reversals) and novelty (launches).

    2. 02 · The brains

The worm runs its full 279-neuron connectome. The fly runs the FlyWire whole-brain model (138,639 neurons) and the mouse a MICrONS visual-cortex twin (~10k neurons) when their simulators are online. Mouse and zebrafish carry published stress-hormone dynamics, with habituation, circadian rhythm and recovery.

    3. 03 · Survival

Stress accumulates. An animal that cannot recover for 30 minutes is COOKED. Stay cooked without recovering for too long (8 h worm, 12 h fly, 36 h zebrafish, 48 h mouse) and it dies. Death is permanent for the experiment.

    What this is not

No real animals, no recordings. Equations and time constants come from cited studies; the mapping from market data to senses, and the score weights, are design choices. Connectome models simplify real synapses. Motion is illustrative. Missing inputs stay missing and are shown as such.
